I bought a bag of their seasonal single origin coffee and a Fellow Stagg kettle. The coffee is truly top-notch, very fresh and the flavor profile was spot on as described. The kettle is also great, heats up quickly and has good control. My main issue was with customer service. I had an inquiry about my tracking number not updating, and it took almost three days to get a response to my email. The shipping itself wasn't super fast either, about a week from order to delivery. While the products are excellent, the response time from support could definitely be improved.
